The website introduces Alpha Capital and provides contact by telephone, email or form. The form collects your name, email, organisation if provided, enquiry type, message, language and agreement to the handling of your enquiry. When you browse, the host may process technical information: IP address, browser, requested pages and request times. If you contact Alpha Capital, only information useful to understand and respond to your enquiry is used.
How information is used
Technical information supports website operation and security. Information shared directly with Alpha Capital is used to respond and, where appropriate, prepare a professional relationship at your request. It is not sold or used for outreach without an appropriate basis.
Hosting and international processing
The website is hosted by Vercel, which operates international infrastructure. Technical information may be processed outside Côte d’Ivoire, including in the United States, depending on the services used. Form enquiries are sent through Resend to Alpha Capital’s Zoho Mail inbox. These providers process the information needed to deliver and manage correspondence; depending on their infrastructure and settings, information may be processed outside Côte d’Ivoire. The form does not create an account or a newsletter subscription. Access to professional information is limited to authorised people and necessary providers. Alpha Capital must apply safeguards and formalities required by applicable law.
Retention
Technical logs follow the host’s settings and retention periods. Alpha Capital’s policy is to delete or anonymise unsuccessful professional enquiries within twelve months of the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or justified evidence need requires retention. Records related to a contractual relationship follow the retention periods applicable to that relationship.
Your rights
Subject to applicable rules, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information, object to its use or withdraw consent for future processing.
